Qwalora works across federal, regulated, and commercial environments. Engagements begin as prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming arrangements, or direct commercial agreements, depending on what the work requires.
Where the depth is
Qwalora’s technical work concentrates in environments where architecture, security, and compliance cannot be separated.
That includes Azure Government and GCC High, where service availability and authorization boundaries differ from commercial Azure; FedRAMP and RMF lifecycle work spanning boundary definition, control implementation, and continuous monitoring; NIST 800-53 control families and the Rev 4 to Rev 5 transition; DoD Impact Level 4 and 5 environments; infrastructure as code in Bicep and Terraform; Azure DevOps pipelines; and Power Platform administration under restricted tenancy.
Control inheritance from pre-authorized platforms can materially reduce authorization scope. Understanding precisely what a platform carries for you, and what it does not, is an architecture decision made early that determines cost and timeline later.

PRIME CONTRACTING
Qwalora contracts directly with government and commercial organizations for advisory, research, procurement, engineering, and AI work.
SUBCONTRACTING
Qwalora works under primes on programs requiring specific technical depth in cloud architecture, security engineering, compliance documentation, or platform modernization.
TEAMING
Qwalora enters teaming arrangements where a combined capability is stronger than either party alone, including with OEMs, distributors, and technology vendors.
DIRECT COMMERCIAL
For commercial and regulated organizations outside federal acquisition, engagements proceed under standard commercial terms.
