What we collect

Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our analytics provider collects standard technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visit. This is used to understand how the site is used.

Information collected for security. Our forms are protected by a bot-detection service, which collects technical signals about your browser and network to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to inquiries you send us

  • To send you the newsletter, if you have asked for it

  • To understand how the website is used and improve it

  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who processes it

We use the following service providers, each of which processes information on our behalf:

Framer hosts this website. Framer receives technical information about your visit in the ordinary course of serving pages to you.

Google Analytics provides website analytics. Google receives the technical and usage information described above and processes it under its own terms. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser add-on.

Cloudflare Turnstile is present on our forms. Cloudflare receives technical signals about your browser and network when a form is presented or submitted.

EmailOctopus manages our newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address and subscription status are stored by EmailOctopus, which sends the newsletter on our behalf and handles unsubscribe requests.

Contact form submissions are delivered to a Qwalora email address and are handled by our email provider.

Each of these providers processes information under its own privacy terms. We select providers that we believe handle information responsibly, but we do not control their practices.

Cookies

This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics for the purposes described above. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie or use equivalent browser storage when the challenge is presented.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use this website.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence, and then deleted when no longer required.

Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe, your address is moved to a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

Analytics data is retained according to our provider's configured retention period.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by writing to privacy@qwalora.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we hold, the right to request a copy, the right to request correction or deletion, and the right to object to certain processing. Residents of New Jersey, California, and a number of other states have specific statutory rights of this kind.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@qwalora.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
