Accessibility Statement

Effective date: September 14, 2026

Qwalora LLC is committed to making qwalora.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the basis for accessibility requirements under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which applies to technology procured by United States federal agencies.

What we have done

The following measures are built into this website:

Motion. The site respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting. When a visitor has reduced motion enabled at the operating system level, smooth-scroll behavior is disabled, entrance animations resolve immediately to their final state, page transitions are suppressed, and looping animations are stopped.

Content without JavaScript. If JavaScript fails or is disabled, content that would otherwise animate into view renders in its final visible state rather than remaining hidden.

Color contrast. Text and interface elements meet the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast thresholds of 4.5:1 for small text and 3:1 for large text and interface elements. This has been measured across every page against actual rendered backgrounds, including text over imagery.

Semantic structure. Pages use proper heading hierarchy and semantic HTML so that assistive technology can navigate them meaningfully.

Responsive layout. Content reflows for smaller viewports and higher zoom levels without loss of information or functionality.

Known limitations

We are continuing to improve. Known areas where conformance may be incomplete:

  • Third-party components embedded in the site, including our bot-protection widget, are subject to their vendors' own accessibility conformance, which we do not control.

  • Some imagery may lack descriptive alternative text where it is decorative rather than informative.

  • A small number of text elements live inside shared components whose background depends on where the component is placed. We measure these in context as pages change rather than in isolation.

We treat any accessibility defect as a defect, and we fix them.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier on this website, we want to know. Please contact hello@qwalora.com and describe the problem, the page it occurred on, and the assistive technology you were using if applicable.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to legal@qwalora.com.

Assessment approach

This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by Qwalora. It has not been independently audited. We update this statement as the site changes.
